Mandatory. It’s not only my rules, it’s just mandatory to make yourself ‘the past year’-summary!
It’s the 6th of January and the time has come to clear my mind. To make a clean sweep. Alongside of this I need to write down a summary of what has happened and what I wasn’t able to realize during the past year. Unfortunately, a lot was left just put on paper. I need to decide if I’ll drop it or move forward with it and put it on the fresh New Year’s resolutions list. For example, a(n) (ex-)resolution I made for 2015 stated that I’ll attend some online or other learning courses that will keep me on tracks during my maternity leave, but in reality the time I had was highly insufficient to realize this plan. I hope this will be a wish-come-true during 2016 because I had a lot to catch up! 🙂
I hope this does not apply to you, I really do. But if it does, it means you are both happy about the upcoming holidays, and terrified about what’s coming after.
I know struggling with money is the last thing you want to deal with, so I’ll try to do what Bill Gates has said: If you can’t make it good, at least make it look good! 🙂 Or in our case, at least make it look possible …

“The traditions are not what they used to be …” You’ve probably heard that a lot. And that’s because it’s true.
In this post I would like to guide you through some Bulgarian customs about the first few hours of the wedding day … and why I wanted to do the opposite! Or it’s just the way I see it! 😀
